The night before their wedding, I took the happy couple out with me to capture the love and anticipation they were feeling before they tied the knot the next day.  We had a great time exploring the area and finding the best spots we could for the sun that time of day.  And at the end of our journey, we found a gorgeous, peaceful waterfall to take our last shots just past the entrance to Durango Mountain Resort.  

On Friday, I get to capture these two love birds get married in Durango, CO!  What a great location for a destination wedding in June!  Congrats, Donna + Justin!

Julia Alison Photography has rebranded and I'm writing a blog post about it!  Exciting, huh?  No but seriously...I thought it was time to move forward with a new look and start fresh with a new blog - one that I'll actually keep up with...(fingers crossed)!

I haven't had a consistent blog since I started my photography business.  Why?  I am incredibly intimidated by writing.  But, I want to connect more with my followers and clients, and this is the best way to do it.  I will post at least once a week about photography, my sessions and weddings, or discuss what's going in my life (what I'm cooking, where I'm traveling, etc.).  So please stay tuned!
